Ms. Hughes is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with clinical expertise in primary and secondary behavioral health care. Her extensive background includes various healthcare settings such as hospitals, community health centers, child welfare agencies, health clinics, residential facilities, and substance abuse and addiction clinics. 

Ms. Hughes has experience helping clients manage disordered eating, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, chronic illness management, stress management, PTSD, and sleep disorders. Her practice is characterized by a holistic, person-in-environment approach empowering her clients with the tools needed to address challenges and improve outcomes. 

 Ms. Hughes obtained her Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Old Dominion University and a Master of Science in Clinical Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is licensed and has over six years of diverse clinical experience.
