We understand that seeking help for your mental health can be difficult. At EPH Mental Health Services our compassionate team is here to support our clients every step of the way. We offer a range of services, including therapy, skill-building, and medication management, to help our clients improve their wellbeing.

PMH-CNS providers are advanced practice registered nurses with specialized training in psychiatric and mental health care, licensed to provide both therapy and clinical interventions. They combine evidence-based psychotherapy, comprehensive assessments, and holistic support to help individuals achieve lasting mental wellness.
LCSWs hold a Master of Social Work degree and are trained in delivering psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches. They diagnose mental health disorders and operate primarily in therapeutic roles, advocating for clients and engaging in individual and community interventions.
Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) hold advanced degrees in counseling or mental health fields and are fully licensed to provide therapy in their respective states. They are trained in evidence-based techniques to support individuals, couples, and families in achieving mental wellness.
Our providers are committed to evidence-based care, using validated assessment tools, personalized treatment planning, and valid pharmacologic evidence. This involves evidence-based psychotherapy, patient education, outcome measurement, and a focus on collaboration and ongoing education.
Adhering to evidence-based care ensures that clinical decisions and interventions are based on the best available research, enhancing the quality and effectiveness of mental healthcare.

At EPH Mental Health Services, we provide individualized, comprehensive, and high-quality mental health care to our clients. Our philosophy emphasizes a holistic approach to mental health and collaboration with our clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
Our team adopts a whole-person perspective, considering an individual's physical health, relationships, and personal goals to provide comprehensive support. We aim to establish a structured and encouraging setting to address difficulties, cultivate effective coping strategies, and pursue a more rewarding and balanced life.
We are also dedicated to continuously improving access to mental health care throughout Virginia and Georgia, so compassionate, expert support is available to everyone, everywhere. By offering telehealth to bridge gaps in access, "we make it easy to receive quality-driven mental health care whenever and wherever you need."
Psychotherapy, also known as therapy or counseling, has proven beneficial for many individuals. Typically short-term, this treatment focuses on addressing thoughts, feelings, and life issues. While reflecting on past experiences can be helpful in some instances, the primary focus is on developing coping strategies and preparing for future challenges.
If you have any questions about our services or would like to schedule an appointment, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to help you on your journey towards improved mental health.
