Medication Management Services

  We currently offer virtual outpatient treatment for the following :

1. Opioid Use Disorder (OUD)

Medications Used: Suboxone (Buprenorphine/Naloxone), Naltrexone

We specialize in treating opioid addiction, including dependence on:

• Prescription pain medications (e.g., oxycodone, hydrocodone)

• Heroin

• Fentanyl or synthetic opioids

Our virtual MAT program helps reduce cravings, manage withdrawal, and support long-term recovery with close medical supervision via telehealth.

2. Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD)

Medications Used: Naltrexone, Acamprosate, Disulfiram

If you are struggling to cut back or stop alcohol use, we provide virtual treatment that includes:

• Medical evaluation and prescribing of anti-craving medications

• Behavioral and lifestyle support

• Ongoing monitoring and relapse prevention

Treatment is discreet and structured to support both abstinence and harm reduction goals.

3. Nicotine Dependence

Medications Used: Bupropion, Varenicline, Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT)

For those trying to quit smoking or vaping, we offer:

• Medication management

• Behavioral strategies

• Personalized quit plans

All appointments are virtual, and prescriptions are sent to your local pharmacy.

4. Stimulant Use Disorder (Supportive Care)

Substances: Cocaine, Methamphetamine, ADHD medication misuse

While there are currently no FDA-approved medications for stimulant use disorder, we offer:

• Diagnostic evaluation

• Supportive virtual care (behavioral health referrals, relapse prevention)

• Monitoring and accountability through regular telehealth visits

This is typically provided in collaboration with mental health professionals or therapists.

📣Conditions We Do Not Treat Virtually (Yet):

To ensure safety and clinical appropriateness, we do not currently offer virtual treatment for:

• Benzodiazepine dependence (e.g., Xanax, Valium)
• Severe polysubstance dependence requiring detox
• Acute withdrawal that may need inpatient stabilization

These cases often require close in-person monitoring or structured rehab programs, which we’re happy to refer you to.

• Ongoing Support: Recovery doesn’t stop at the medication. We offer continuous support through regular follow-ups, counseling referrals, and lifestyle guidance to help you maintain long-term sobriety.

• Affordable and Flexible: We understand that the cost of recovery can be overwhelming. Our virtual model offers affordable pricing, and we work with many insurance plans to make sure you get the care you need at a price you can afford.

 Key components  of a virtual substance use disorder visit include:

1. Initial Consultation: Your recovery begins with a confidential virtual consultation. During this session, we’ll assess your medical history, review your current situation, and discuss your goals for recovery.
2. Personalized Treatment Plan: Based on your consultation, we’ll create a customized treatment plan with Suboxone or Naltrexone — or both — as part of your recovery strategy.
3. Regular Virtual Check-Ins: Once you're on your treatment plan, we’ll schedule regular virtual follow-up appointments to monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments.
4. Support When You Need It: You’ll also have access to ongoing support through text, phone, or video calls to address any concerns, answer questions, or provide encouragement.
